Last week began with the congestion chest, coughing, loss of voice and fever. I saw the doctor, prescribed the fifth day z-pak. After the second round of the MEDS, I started to feel nausia and had diareah. I stopped taking the antibiotic, but still have stomach pain and dizziness end now, not as part running, but I feel very woosy, as I am fall. Plus, I'm weeks in my arms and legs. To go with this, I am on Lexapro for severe anxiety and also take Lorazapam if necessary. I do not feel unstable or woosy-like sometimes with anxiety, but not as bad as now. I'm trying to decide if I am tired last week of the whole foot or so I have a big problem that occurs. Moreover, I must add that I stayed in my head in the car to my mother a few days away. I do not know if it is contributing to the dizziness. That's a lot to consider, but would some help. I get very nervous about what could be wrong.
Nausea and diarrhea are common side effects of some antibiotics, but I hope that you contact your doctor before stopping the antibiotic. Most antibiotics are not effective if taken by the prescribed number days, so if you can not understand that you need a prescription for something else. Eat yogurt or take acidophilus capsules should help relieve diarrhea. The weakness and dizziness are often hand in hand with fever, particularly high fever. Take aspirin or use cold compresses if necessary to avoid getting to 105. Again, if the infection has not been fully processed, you need to return to your physician for further treatment. An untreated bacterial infection can be very dangerous.
