What's Included

All Bora Bora Cruises include gourmet cuisine throughout (breakfast Monday to lunch Sunday), a number of unique events and activities, transfers to and from Bora Bora Airport (via ship tender), all non-alcoholic beverages, a selection of wines for lunch and dinner and all local taxes.


Advance Purchase

Reserve and pay for the cruise (plus any applicable supplements) at least 120 days prior to departure. Special booking requirements set forth in booking conditions.


Children

Bora Bora Cruises will accept children from two years of age and above at normal adult cruise pricing. Guestroom maximum capacity is two adults and one child 2-12 year of age. Extra or older children are required to reserve an extra guestroom to insure that BBC safety and comfort standards are met. Unfortunately, BBC does not accept children younger than two years of age.


Arrival and Departure

The luxury yacht experience begins at the small island airport of Bora Bora, where the guests are met. In order to insure the comfort of all guests, we meet arrival flights in Bora Bora every Monday between 0800-noon. For Sunday disembarkations, we transfer guests to the airport between 1200 and 1600. Please note that any embarkations or disembarkations outside these times are by request only and will incur taxi-boat costs.


Payment Policy

To confirm reservations, Bora Bora Cruises requires a deposit of not less than 10 percent of the total cruise value. For Yacht Cruises standard price - full payment should be made to Bora Bora Cruises at least 30 days prior to departure in order to secure reservations. To receive benefit of Advance Purchase prices - full payment must be received at least 120 days prior to departure.


Cancellation Policy

•Up to 90 days prior departure - 10 percent of total cruise price forfeited

•60-90 days prior departure - 25 percent of total cruise price forfeited

•30-60 days prior departure - 50 percent of total cruise price forfeited

•0-30 days prior departure - 100 percent of total cruise price forfeited

Additional Charter Information

 

Operational Zone


The area of operation is within French Polynesia's Leeward Islands, specifically the islands of Bora Bora, Raiatea, Taha'a and Hauhine. This includes operation within the navigable areas of each islands lagoon waters, as well as within a 20 nautical-mile zone encompassing the specified islands. The charter price includes fuel, crew, water and all other usual operational expenses related to operation within this zone.


Itinerary


You will consult with Bora Bora Cruises to an itinerary which best suits your need and operational parameters of the yacht.


Activities


Each vessel is equipped with two tender vessels that can each accommodate 14 guests. There are 12 two-person kayaks, 60 sets of snorkeling equipment. On-board the vessel there are two jacuzzi pools, a fitness suite, library, video projector, two bars, sun tanning deck, indoor and outdoor restaurant, many lounging areas, and spa services. For on-shore activities, each vessel and crew has a on-motu (island) beach service including a massage tent, beach or in-water bar, towel service, DVD projector, generator power and seating for up to 60 guests. In addition, there is a large outdoor BBQ, kerosene tiki-torches, ice coolers and beverage/food dispensing equipment. Fishing gear.


Excursions


A number of excursions are included with the yachting experience, including beach transfers (via tender), snorkeling, and kayaking. A Tahitian Ahima'a meal is included along with a kayak tour of the Faaroa river in Raiatea. Champagne breakfast in a lagoon. You may also visit a pearl farm, have a beach BBQ, attend your personal outdoor cinema under the stars as well as several Tahitian shows. Additional tours may be available for additional cost.


Food and Beverage


The charter price includes all meals: full breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. It also includes all non-alcoholic beverages, and a selection of wines. A wide range of alcoholic beverages is available at reasonable prices (beer, vintage champagne, wines, aperitifs, liqueurs and premium spirits).


Accommodations


Each vessel is able to carry up to 60 guests, in 30 staterooms located on three decks.


Crewing


Each vessel will be made available a full crew to compliment the relative number of charter guests. This will vary from a low of 30 crew to a maximum of 38.


Insurance


The vessel and charter are covered by standard marine insurance. The charter client may wish to purchase additional insurance to cover general travel, baggage and medical needs.

10% surcharge to full charter cost and subject to vessel availability.

60-90 Days Prior Departure

25% surcharge to full charter cost and subject to vessel availability.

100% surcharge to full charter cost and subject to vessel availability.


C. Cancellations

25% (of total charter price) cancellation fee will be charged.

50% (of total charter price) cancellation fee will be charged.

Inclusions


Include gourmet cuisine throughout (from breakfast Monday to lunch Sunday), unique events and activities, transfers to/from Bora Bora airport via vessel tender, mineral water, tea/coffee/espresso, soft drinks, selection of wines (lunch/dinner) and all local taxes. Port charges of $200 per person are additional.

Charter costs reflect the sole-use of the Charter Yacht based on the activity, itinerary, and inclusions as outlined in the Charter Yacht Agreement.

The BBC scheduled cruise program optimizes the destination and is considered a good base program. BBC is happy to customize and develop programs in accordance with the requirements of the Cruise Yacht Charterer.
